Grow Your Staff is seeking a Visual Design Specialist for Fuse Capital, a Debt advisory firm based in London, United Kingdom.
The position is a full-time opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing visually compelling design and video content that enhances our brand presence and resonates with our audience.

About the client- Fuse Capital is a premier financial services firm specialising in tailored debt advisory services for SMEs across the UK, EU, and APAC regions.
With over 11 years of experience and a proven track record of serving more than 500 clients, Fuse Capital has successfully raised over a billion euros in private debt funding.
By leveraging one of the most extensive networks of funds in the industry, Fuse Capital excels at matching clients with the ideal funding sources to meet their unique needs.
Experience required : 3-5 years
CTC : 5-7 LPA
Location : Remote
Time - 1 : 30 pm- 10 : 00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities
• Create visually engaging and innovative design assets, including graphics, presentations, and marketing materials, that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Develop high-quality video content from concept to completion, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and enhances brand presence.
• Design images and videos specifically tailored for social media and digital advertising across various channels and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design and video trends to keep content fresh, engaging, and competitive.
Requirements
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• HubSpot (visual content alignment)
• GenAI Tools
• Motion graphic animation (Bonus)
Qualifications
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Visual Designer and Video Producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and similar tools.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to ensure visual content aligns with customer journey insights and supports targeted marketing campaigns.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
