Trainn is a Customer Education Platform designed for SaaS. Most of its capabilities circle around video creation, video hosting-distribution, and learning management.
Status quo
Growth is the north-star for all businesses. As SaaS businesses grow, their softwares become complex with the need to solve a whole range of use cases. This leads to steeper learning curves for their newly acquired customers. And a migraine-level hassle to establish training programs to retain the existing ones.
Problem:
We observed that the tools, skillset, and resources required to educate customers on softwares is fragmented across the organisation, sometimes businesses opt for expert consultation too. Hence, a strong Customer Education strategy is affordable only by the well-funded, grown SaaS businesses.
Solution:
We need your help to design a near-perfect product to address this specific problem -- and help businesses save on thousands of dollars per month, and resource time.
How you will help us?
You will own the visual design efforts required for marketing communications, which include websites, print collaterals, pitch decks, and digital ads. Since Trainn's product is video-first to solving customer education -- we believe our design language should be fluid, animated, expressive, and inclusive.
• Soft skills: Storytelling
• Tool knowledge: Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects, Lottie
• Experience with Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design
Hiring Process:
• 20 min Introductory call (Day One)
• 4 hours of Collaborative assignment (Day Two)
• 4 hours of Solo assignment (Day Two)
Results will be shared the same day, and the offer letter for accepted candidates will be rolled out within 3 days.
