Job Title: Senior Visual Designer (Consumer Goods and Branding)

Job Summary:

We are Vivre Panels are building a brand synonymous with exclusive interior design / arhitectural materials. Consequently, we are seeking a talented senior Visual Designer with experience in consumer goods and branding to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across all print and digital mediums, motion design, curating and organizing content. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop creative concepts and deliverables that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative concepts for all print and digital mediums, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, packaging, website, social media, digital advertising, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and sales materials.
• Design and animate motion graphics for use in digital marketing and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain a visual style guide that ensures consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
• Curate and organize product photography and video content for use in marketing and sales materials.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop packaging and labeling that is consistent with the company's branding.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our company remains competitive in the market.
• Ensure that all designs are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a visual design role, with a focus on print and digital mediums.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with motion design and animation.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing a team of designers.

Financial Remuneration: As per industry standard, largely depending on candidate fit and experience. There is no salary cap for the right candidate.
