Experience: 2+ years of professional experience, ideally within a creative agency or an in-house team for a premium brand. (Preferably but not constricted within luxury fashion, beauty, wellness and/or aesthetics).
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (DoE)

As we scale, we are looking for a bold, fearless, and tech-savvy individual to join our fast-paced startup environment.
The Role
We are looking for a visually driven, detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for bringing our clients' brand guidelines to life, primarily across social media and email marketing. You should be comfortable working at pace, shifting between different brand "vibes" while maintaining a consistent level of luxury polish.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Creation: Design high-impact assets for Instagram (Grids, Stories, Reels covers), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok based on briefs from the brand team.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute beautiful, conversion-led email campaigns that align with premium brand standards.
- Brand Consistency: Strictly adhere to (and help evolve) brand guidelines for a diverse portfolio of luxury clients.
- Visual Storytelling: Translating brand heritage into social-first formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories)
- Asset Management: Manage and organize design assets within our team Canva account and Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem.
- Multi-Channel Design: Provide ad-hoc support for print projects (lookbooks, event signage) and other creative tasks as the business scales.
- Collaborative Input: Work closely with our Video Editor and the broader Marketing team to ensure a cohesive visual output.
Your Toolkit
- The "Eye": A sophisticated portfolio showcasing work in luxury fashion, beauty, or wellness . You understand "premium" white space, typography, and colour theory.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Typography and Composition). While we use Canva for day-to-day speed, you are the person we turn to for more complex, high-end design work.
- Bonus Points: Experience with light video editing or motion graphics/animation (After Effects or Premiere Pro) to add "life" to static social posts.
- Startup Mindset: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You thrive in a "no place to hide" environment where your work directly impacts the agency's growth.
- An AI Understanding: Ideally, you'll be familiar with AI-tools such as Midjourney, Sora, etc. and are comfortable experimenting with the use of AI-tools in your daily workflow to support your outputs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of professional design experience or standout internship experience in a relevant sector.
- A strong digital portfolio (PDF or Website) demonstrating your ability to design for premium brands.
- Ability to work remotely initially, with the transition to a Mumbai office later in 2026.
