We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team at The Smart Fellowship. As a Visual Designer, you will create captivating visuals that bring our innovative soft skills training experience to life.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operations Architect, you will be responsible for designing futuristics and engaging visuals for social media, marketing material, decks, and learning content in accordance with our brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and motion effects to enhance our online presence.
• Conduct research on design principles to identify the most suitable approaches for our product and vision.
• Work closely with different teams to develop design concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Assist in the creation of video content by designing motion graphics and visual effects.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all materials.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• 2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic designer.
• A strong understanding of common UX and UI patterns.
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Efficient with digital tools and Google G Suite.

The Smart Fellowship offers a competitive salary range of INR 3 LPA to INR 3.6 LPA, depending on experience. Our office is located in Khar West, Mumbai, and we require our team members to work from the office.
