Job Summary:
The Visual Designer plays an integral role in the creative design, visualization and execution of graphical user interfaces for enterprise applications and digital products/experiences. This role encompasses collaboration with user experience designers, the product team, the application development team, and key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, aesthetically-pleasing, innovative, and functional mobile/web products & solutions. The ability to bring vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated. The designer should be able to standardize the visual elements to work on a common design language in the form of a design system. One of the key aspects of this role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and technology; serving the brand’s purpose and mission.
Education and Qualification:
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Visual Designer. With substantial experience in enterprise and mobile applications.
Degree in design/visual arts or equivalent portfolio and experience.
Knowledge of product design, visual communication and usability best practices is required.
Must have good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
An excellent online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.
