• Strong visualisation and conceptualization skill required.
• A good hands-on experience of designing, maintaining and implementing design systems with precision from start to finish including the execution of design in the development phase.
• Hands on experience on Invision Studio/App
• Excellent control and command on visual design aesthetics and principles. Focus on practicing this knowledge to multi-channel digital experiences.
• Eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality with speed and productivity, should be able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into understandable and systematic solutions.
• trong ideation skills and competency in storytelling to demonstrate ideas to clients and other stakeholders.
• Should have a good understanding of responsive, fluid & adaptive design approaches.
• Proficiency in visual and interactive tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Capable to function independently and collaboratively as per the need of a team environment.
• Should be a self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, able to handle work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Visual Designer OR UX Designer. With substantial experience in enterprise and mobile applications.
• Degree in design/visual arts or equivalent portfolio and experience.
• Knowledge of product design, visual communication and usability best practices is required.
• Must have good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• An excellent online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.
