Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and design
Research references, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic as per brand guidelines
Craft mockup scenes in photoshop to communicate requirements to rendering artist
Basic photography and videography knowledge to do product, BTS, and project photoshoots and retouch them as well
Basic video editing knowledge to craft videos for social channels and website
Basic reel creation knowledge to produce content for social channels
Handling the updation of marketing collaterals
Designing emailers and other marketing collaterals as per requirements
Technical requirements of the role:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a 12th graduate with 3years work experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a 12th graduate with 3years work experience
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) as well as other tools like Canva and Inshot
Designing a mockup scene and posts and reels for social media
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Prior experience of working with interior products brands would be a bonus
Soft skill requirements of the role:
Ability to work as part of a multi-location team
Good written and verbal communication skills including email writing
Ability to multitask, think on their toes and good with time management
Ability to plan, manage time effectively and handle stressful situations
Able to handle critical feedback
Note: This role would involve traveling to project sites across Mumbai and in India
