Role & Responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our Growth team. This role will only be focused on growth related responsibilities and not on the product side. It will be focused on increasing organic/inbound marketing efforts/reach as part of the Growth team. In terms of scope of work 60% of the focus will be on designing landing pages This role is an integral member of the Engagement team and will collaborate across teams to ensure the brand is consistent, user-friendly, and provides a collaborative message across all digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and cross-channel teammates to support website design and content marketing (blog, email, UI design,landing pages, and more) that meets the needs of our audience.
• Help bring new ideas for design to the team using industry expertise and eye for great design on brand-level web and graphic design projects.
• Utilize data and analytics to improve web design strategies/tactics.
• Collaborate with developers and other teams to deliver a solid user experience that is code efficient and functional on all devices.
• Deliver a great user experience to our audience – ensure that the website represents the brand and vision effectively.
• Strategise on converting site track through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
• Develop documentation and road maps for design processes, A/B testing, and campaign promotions that succeed through digital website marketing.
• Build digital web assets, UI design, Landing Page updates, and various other digital marketing touchpoints.
• Leverage data for dynamic layouts and automation for audience segmentation and targeting.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business related or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience conceptualizing original website design ideas of SaaS products that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Strong experience with Figma & experience with Webflow desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and debug complex design problems and effectively provide cross-team solutions.
• Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data strategically.
• Creative, open-minded, and enthusiastic about seeking new solutions to challenges.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
