About the opportunity

We are seeking a highly creative Visual & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, the person will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials to convey ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

The candidate should possess strong graphic design skills and a sense of marketing to create designs that capture the audience’s attention.

An applicant must be self-driven, innovative, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to come up with creative visual and utility solutions.
You will be responsible for

Common roles cum responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Responsible for creating artworks and creatives that are visually appealing and of high quality for a variety of projects.
• Conceive and develop the layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
• Develop original and visually stunning illustrations, logos, infographics and more.
• Design and create unique visuals and graphics using vibrant colors, images, and text styles.
• Prepare web templates and layouts for websites.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing objectives in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain quality standards and brand consistency throughout all designs.

We are looking for the following abilities, skillsets, and experience:
• At least two years of experience along with a bachelor’s degree.
• An excellent graphic design skill set to create visually engaging designs.
• You should have a good sense of marketing and copywriting.
• Solid knowledge of color theory, spacing, and typography.
• Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe creative suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Proficient in research to find references and inspiration for designs.
• Should have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your creative abilities.
• Personal Computer with internet access.
• When working remotely, you should be available to participate in audio/video meetings at any time.
