Job Description
Design and execute attractive and innovative in-store visual displays as per Pantaloons’ brand guidelines.
Develop floor layouts, mannequins, window displays, and signage to enhance product appeal.
Regularly update visual displays in line with promotions, seasonal themes, and new collections.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across the store.
Coordinate with the marketing and store operations teams to implement promotional campaigns and events.
Monitor product placement and display effectiveness to drive footfall and maximize sales.
Train and guide store staff on Pantaloons’ visual merchandising standards and execution.
Analyze product movement and customer response to displays and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest fashion and retail display trends to bring fresh ideas to Pantaloons stores.
Job Specifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
Skills:
Creative flair with strong sense of styling and color combinations.
Good understanding of retail display techniques and fashion trends.
Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of basic design tools/software is an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel to multiple Pantaloons store locations if needed.
Flexible to work extended hours during seasonal changeovers and store setups.
