Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement eye-catching visual merchandising strategies to enhance the in-store and online experience.
Create appealing product displays, showroom layouts, and window setups to attract and engage customers.
Ensure brand consistency across all retail locations, events, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
Monitor customer engagement and sales trends, adjusting displays for maximum impact.
Optimize lighting, color schemes, and space utilization to highlight product features effectively.
Coordinate with store staff to maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product presentation.
Work on trade shows and exhibitions, setting up high-end displays to showcase massage chairs effectively.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail, furniture, or wellness products.
Skills: Strong creative and design sense with expertise in space planning, color theory, and retail aesthetics.
Tech Knowledge: Proficiency in design tools, merchandising software, and store layout planning.
Attention to Detail: Ability to create premium, high-end displays that reflect the luxury aspect of massage chairs.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for store setups, events, and trade shows.
Education: A degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
