Visual Storyteller and Media Editor
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Storyteller and Media Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional visual storytelling skills, hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and Adobe editing software.
Videography Responsibilities:
• Operate professional video cameras for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Set up and manage lighting and scene composition for various types of shoots – brand campaigns, interviews, BTS, events, and more.
• Collaborate with creative directors and content teams to visualize and execute shot lists.
Editing Responsibilities:
• Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Add graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure videos meet project objectives and branding guidelines.
• Manage video files, organize footage, and maintain backup systems.
On-Site Production Support:
• Assist with directing talents, setting up audio, and managing shoot logistics.
• Capture high-quality B-roll and support during live shoots or campaigns.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop is a bonus.
• Hands-on knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and scene direction.
• Creative thinking with attention to visual detail, framing, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills:
• Basic color grading and sound mixing.
• Experience in motion graphics or animation.
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
