We're seeking an experienced and talented Wedding Cinematographer & Video Editor to join our team. This role involves capturing the essence of a wedding day through skilled filmmaking, collaborating closely with clients to understand their desires and preferences, and working harmoniously with photographers and other team members to create a cohesive final product that showcases both the beauty of photos and videos.
Responsibilities
Capture the Emotion: Skillfully film weddings to evoke the emotions and essence of the event, ensuring a compelling visual story.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their desires and preferences, ensuring that their vision is brought to life through your cinematography.
Team Synergy: Work harmoniously with photographers and other team members to create a seamless and captivating final product that encompasses both photo and video elements.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in cinematography equipment, techniques, and trends to enhance your skills.
Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, ensuring each project receives the attention to detail it deserves.
Requirements
A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrable experience as a cinematographer, preferably in the wedding or event industry.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in cinematography equipment and techniques, including the use of cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
Artistic Vision: A keen eye for detail, composition, and the ability to tell a compelling visual story through your work.
Editing Skills: To be able to make the film.
Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to different shooting conditions, locations, and client preferences.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous wedding cinematography work.
