Qualifications:
5-8 years of CREATIVE DESIGN experience.
Any Graduation (Bachelors Degree in FINE ARTS / GRAPHICS / WEB APPLICATIONS would be preferred).
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for designing creative visuals for all marketing communication (static, dynamic, Motion Graphics, GIFs, CGI, and videos).
• Create compelling and effective social media posts and stories to amp up the brand story across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Design and produce Digital Posters, Documents, Infographics, Audio-Visual content, and more as per the brand's visual identity guidelines.
• Identifying and articulating best practices based on Visual Design standards.
• Multitasking and prioritizing projects, communicating across teams, and taking feedback positively to turn it into creative design solutions.
Skills we are looking for:
Professional knowledge of Adobe Suite: ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR & COREL DRAW.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro or other similar video & motion graphics software is necessary.
Strong communication skills - ability to collaborate, assimilate feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand the audience before making a design.
