Responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual communications
· Working on communication briefs and converting it into relevant and effective ideas / concepts
· Effective visual translation of ideas
· Develop collaterals in line with our brand guidelines and style guide
· Working in close co-ordination with team of Graphic Designer/s and bring out the best from them, train them
· Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practises to maximise efficiency.
· Good knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw, Illustrator and other design related software's.
· Should develop to plan and manage Photography and Print
