Responsibilities
• Technical Skills
o Experience in working on large Salesforce / Vlocity engagements as an Architect
o
Experience working in Vlocity CPQ, Quote to Order Process, locity Order Management,
Decompositions, Orchestration framework
o Transforming business requirements into Salesforce / Vlocity functional and technical
requirements
o Conducting customer workshops during project discovery, preparing an end to end Solution design documents and working with the development team as per project requirement
o Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyse performance, and package and deploy solutions to the client’s Salesforce / organisation
o Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these
into technical solutions
o
Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job, technical and non technical
o
Ability to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
o Hands-on experience developing Omni scripts, different types of Data raptors, APEX, Visual Force, Process builders, and flows.
o
Experience with system integrations involving JSON and Vlocity Integration
Procedure.
o Expertise in Lead Management process, Quote to Cash process, Case Management and Call Center process
o Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these
into technical solutions
o Excellent Verbal and Written communication:
Can converse effectively with western clients and
articulate questions and thoughts effectively
o Deep Understanding on the Project and ability to identify risks and issues
• Communication and Quality Focus
o Be sharp, proactive, a strong communicator, and able to set & manage client expectations (Both
Enabled Analytics Internal and external Clients)
o Responsible for defining project activities and assigning it to team members.
o Responsible to mentor team members and ensure the work gets done with high level of quality and adherence to best practices
o Responsible to learn and increase the level of core competence (Depth and breadth) for self and
the team members reporting to you
o Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
o Identify project Risks and Issues and ensure its part of Project Management tool and is being
monitored and Managed
o Adheres to Enabled Analytics Communication Management Guidelines
• Design and Problem Solving
o Effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects reported as a result of faults in the production system
o Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test
coverage
o Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required
o Good grasp over various accelerators available in App-exchange (Free and Paid) that can be used to accelerate the project development
o Responsible to mentor BAs, develop scoping standards, ensure that requirements are gathered
appropriately
o Review all delivery projects for compliance
Experience, Education and Certifications
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, related
IT discipline; or equivalent
o Minimum 2 Certifications in Vlocity
o Vlocity CPQ and OM Certifications preferred
o 8+ years of Software / CRM experience that should include 3+ years in Salesforce / Vlocity CRM
o
Experience working in telecom industry preferred
