Designation : VMC PROGRAMMER OPERATOR
Organisation Brief: We specialize in providing prefabricated structural solutions for a wide range of industries, including events, warehousing, tradeshows, defence, and more.

Job Location for Candidate : Dommasandra, Bengalure
Qualification of Candidate: ITI
Experience Required : 4 to 5 years in Programming and operating on VMC machine
Salary (Annual) : 3 to 5 lakhs.
JD :
1. Operating and setting VMC (Vertical Machining Center).
2. Part setting and programming in 2D & 3D - CADCAM & AutoCAD: Verify machine settings and program control data for accuracy.
3. Post a 3D program through software to the machine.
4. Set controls and regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut.
5. Daily work management including monitoring action plans, rework, and rejection.
6. Support company production requirements at all times.
7. The programmer must have experience and knowledge of Delcam – Powermill software.
