The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers to produce precision components. Key Responsibilities • Machine Operation: • Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers. • Load raw materials and monitor machine operations. • Inspection and Quality Assurance: • Inspect tools and workpieces for defects. • Maintain high-quality standards in production. • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: • Perform routine maintenance on VMC machines. • Troubleshoot and address operational issues. Requirements • Education and Experience: • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME). • Previous experience as a VMC Operator is necessary (1-5 years) • Technical Skills: • Proficient in setting up and operating VMC machines. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. • Attention to Detail: • Strong attention to detail and precision. • Problem-solving Skills: • Ability to troubleshoot and address machine issues.
