Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a VMC Programmer, based in Pune. The VMC Programmer will be responsible for programming vertical machining centers (VMC), creating and optimizing tool paths, and ensuring the accuracy of the finished components. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, setting up machinery, troubleshooting issues, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and operational goals.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Back-End Web Development
• Proficiency in Computer Science concepts and Software Development practices
• Understanding of machining processes and experience with vertical machining centers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and execute technical drawings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in the manufacturing or machining industry is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
