Job Description
We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer who has hands-on experience in NX software and can also manage workshop operations along with production planning.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• VMC programming using NX (Siemens NX)
• 2D & 3D toolpath generation
• Setup planning and optimization
• Workshop handling & machine coordination
• Production planning & scheduling
• Drawing understanding and process planning
• Quality awareness and inspection coordination
• 🔹 Requirements
• Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NX CAM software
• Experience in VMC machining & tooling
• Ability to handle shop floor independently
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
• Good problem-solving skills
• 🔹 Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of 4th/5th axis machining (bonus)
• Experience in job work / precision machining industry
• Leadership & team handling ability
