Job description:
• 8 years of professional experience in Web
• L2 level support on the Virtualized Infrastructure for US, EMEA and APAC region servers
• Managing the incident, Change request, Task request through Service Now ticketing Tool.
• Supporting US, EMEA and APAC region users (24/7)
• Managing VMware Infrastructure Environment with 125+ ESXi servers, 4200+ Virtual Machines
• Providing only hardware level support for retail physical servers
• Installing, Configuring & Upgrading ESXi servers
• Manage VM’s using VMware VCenter & Managing the VM’s through web access.
• Creating and managing VMware Cluster.
• Enabling HA and DRS features in a cluster.
• Creating Templates from VM’s and deploy the VM’s from templates and allocate resources.
• Worked on VMware Update Manager for Updating or Patching for all the ESXi hosts and Virtual machines.
• Performing VMotion of the VMs across ESXi hosts
Technical Skills:
• Operating system: Web, IIS
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.0, 6.5 , 6.7 & 7.0
• Microsoft Azure (Basic
