Job Description
• Manage a team of associates and ensure they meet their operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly in terms of quality.
• Provide guidance and support to associates to help them improve their performance.
• Attend client calibration sessions and represent the core team.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Conduct training sessions for associates to enhance their soft skills, language proficiency, and behavioral aspects as defined by the client.
• Provide voice and accent coaching to improve associates' English verbal communication skills.
• Utilize your expertise as an IELTS trainer or soft skills coach to deliver effective training sessions.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of voice and accent coaching techniques.
• Proficiency in training individuals on soft skills and language improvement.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the training domain in the UK/US market.
• Call center agents with excellent communication skills and a desire to transition into the training domain are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in UK/US shift timings.
• Salary upto 6 LPA
