Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience of students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices and trends.
Support students' social and emotional well-being by fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
Qualifications
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the varied learning styles of students.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning lessons and assessments.
Previous teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching is key.
