Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Voice and Accent/Soft Skills Trainer Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to improve English Language, communication, and soft skills of employees in an international BPO setting.
Qualifications
Experience in conducting voice and accent training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
CELTA certification would be an added advantage
at least 2 years previous experience working in a BPO environment in a similar role
Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this position
