JOB DESCRIPTION

- Follow predefined procedures with the objective to meet performance parameters

- Support escalated calls

- Effectively answer incoming calls and resolves the query as per deliverables outlined

- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines

- Ensure customer confidentiality and data protection at all times

- Providing client service via voice calls or emails

- Applicant with prior experience are welcomed.

- Excellent communication written and verbal is essential.
