Job Description
• Identify customer needs and help customersuse specific features
• Analyze and reportproduct malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenariosor impersonating users)
• Update our internaldatabases with information about technical issues and usefuldiscussions with customers
• Monitor customercomplaints on social media and reach out to provideassistance
• Share feature requests and effectiveworkarounds with team members
• Inform customersabout new features and functionalities
• Followup with customers to ensure their technical issues areresolved
• Gather customer feedback and sharewith our Product, Sales and Marketingteams
