• Fluency in Kannada language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Kannada language
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and requests
• Resolve customer.
