The platform offers all touchpoints under Wellness/OPD/Primary Healthcare and even integrates with any existing TPA to provide a wholesome experience for the end employees. Some programs offered include Daily Health Goals Management & Wellness, unlimited tele-consultations with GPs & Specialists, Unlimited or Sum Insured OPD Benefits, and group health insurance policy e-cards.
Role Description
Visit App is seeking a full-time Customer Support Associate for on-site work in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support inquiries, and assisting with sales and training.
Qualifications
• Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
• Strong sales skills and experience
• Experience in training staff or customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Hindi is mandatory
