Salary : 4 Lac PA CTC
Job Summary:
Teleperformance is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates.
As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to customers of the Apple/RCC International Process.
You will handle customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer queries and concerns regarding Apple/RCC International products and services.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide appropriate solutions to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the designated systems.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as required.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during customer interactions.
Achieve individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent educational qualification.
Graduates with good communication skills are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
