Tech Mahindra is hiring immediate joiners for a premium voice process- Location Chandivali.
Designation: Associate Customer Service
Role & responsibilities:
Responsible to address and resolve Consumer & Commercial queries, requests and complaints.
Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls from existing customers.
Answering any questions, they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Figure out best ways to ensure that customer is happy with the services.
Key skills required:
Good English communications skills.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Shift Timings:
Male, Female- 8am to 8pm(Any +hrs)
6 days working & one rotational week-off (Saturday or Sunday)
Salary:
6 months any customer service experience: CTC 240000/- (In hand 21k)
6 months BFSI Experience: CTC 260000/- (In hand 22k)
Qualification: Graduate can apply
Experience: Experienced can apply (Min 6 Month's experience mandatory (On paper).
