Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Voice Process Executive – Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers by effectively communicating product/service benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
Follow up on leads and maintain proper records in CRM
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / Diploma
Freshers or candidates with sales/voice process experience can apply
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO sales
Experience in broadband, telecom, or service-based sales is an added advantage
