Work Position: Backoffice Voice Process - Medical Record Retrieval

Work Location: Ahmedabad – Science City (Onsite)

Workdays & Timings: Mondays to Friday – 06:30PM to 03:00AM (US Night-Shift)

Experience: Freshers & experienced both can apply

Important Skills: Fluency in English communications (MANDATORY)

Requirements

▪ Responsible for making calls to Hospital and Clinics for follow up regarding medical record request after initial submission of request.

▪ Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.

▪ Good communications skills - ability to comprehend English is essential.
