We are hiring for Voice process.
Profile: Customer Service Executive
Desired Candidate Profile-
1) Languages required: English & Hindi & Telugu (Must)
2) First 3 Months Work from Office (8am to 8pm. any + hours). Post that Work From Home (06:00 AM to 11:45PM any + hours).
3) Must take 80 to 100 incoming calls per day.
4) Flexible for Rotational Shift timings. Only 1 week off on a rotational basis.
6) Typing Speed: Min 20 WPM.
7) Desktop will be provided after the training period.
8 2015 and above pass out only.
Education
Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree)
Freshers CTC 2 LPA (13 th)
Min 2 years Exp CTC 2.5 LPA (17 th)
Excluding CTC Rs.800 allowance once you start work from home.
Cabs will be provided from Hi-tech city metro station pick-up and drop
