International Voice Process Team Leader/Assistant Manager
We are seeking an experienced team leader/assistant manager to join our international voice process team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a team leader in an international BPO and possess strong skills in operations matrices such as attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, and NPS. As a team leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of game-changers, providing effective coaching, identifying performance issues, and implementing corrective action. To succeed in this role, you should have a graduation in a related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience (banking - credit card preferred), and a strong understanding of banking products and services. Prior experience in the credit card domain is preferred.
