Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Kolkata / Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
Shifts: General Shift / UK Shift
Cab Facility: Both Side Cab Provided
Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a BPO customer support role and possess excellent communication skills. This is a voice-based process requiring interaction with international clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through voice calls
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
• Maintain customer service quality standards and KPIs
• Document all interactions and follow-up as needed
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 2 months to 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role (BPO sector)
• Must be a graduate in any discipline
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in international voice processes
• Must be available to join immediately or within 10 days
Preferred Candidates:
• Candidates with prior international voice process experience
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work from office in Kolkata or Gurgaon
• Flexible with rotational shifts (General/UK Shift)
