Job Description
We are looking for a Voice Support Executive to join our customer support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships with clients.
Stay updated with product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in customer support / call center / BPO preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as per requirement].
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/ERP software.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
