BPO/Customare care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customersPrevious experience in a customer support role is a plusExcellent communication skills along with active listening.Customer focused approach.Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
QUALIFICATION: GRADUTATE (ANY DEGREE) AND 12TH PASS
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
