What you'll do:
• Support event planning and scheduling, helping to create engaging experiences for attendees.
• Work alongside vendors, speakers, and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist with event logistics, including venue setup, signage, and technical requirements.
• Help coordinate promotional activities, such as social media outreach and community engagement.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
This role is hands-on and dynamic, offering a chance to gain practical experience in event management while working in a welcoming and energetic environment. Commitment & Requirements:
