VP Banking Operations, BPO Services
DESIGNATION: VP
EXPERIENCE: 18+ Years
Location: Bangalore, KA

With a global presence across 400 locations, 21 industries, with over 60K+ employees globally and headquartered out of Montreal, Quebec, providing comprehensive, scalable and sustainable IT and business consulting services that are informed globally and delivered locally.
We’re seeking a future leader for the role of Vice President, BPO Operations, Banking Services. This role is located in Bangalore, KA.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to define and implement operational strategies for BPO services in the Financial Space.
• Review and optimize global Financial BPO operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and present business cases to support operational and technological initiatives.
• Lead transformational change projects, ensuring both financial and non-financial benefits are achieved.
• Work with key stakeholders to shape the strategic agenda for the lending function.
• Lead the Financial Solutions BU for a Greenfield Project includes Delivery and Transition.
• Geographical location: APAC is preferred.
Qualifications:
• As a leader of this newly formed BU, you must bring proven success & exemplary experience across Delivery, Customer management, Operations, Transitions & Sales enabling.
• Extensive experience in Banking Domain, with BPO Services.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in delivering compelling presentations.
• Minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably overseeing operations of the BPO Services
