VP - Digital Adoption, Campaign and Content Management
Job Background:
Digital Channels have become the face of the bank, the primary and preferred banking channels for our clients. Mobile first describes the immediate and future strategic agenda for Citi and the key to shutting down analogue. Digital is our largest customer servicing channel. With 53% of our clients actively logging into online and mobile banking platforms every month, this calls for a strategy to leverage this channel to drive client engagement, Client Experience, how we engage and deliver industry leading experiences across all touchpoints including Digital touchpoints which is key to transforming Citi's consumer business.
Job Purpose:
VP - Digital Adoption, Campaign and Content Management will manage three key facets of Digital Customer Experience
Digital Adoption - Drive the Digital Strategy to enhance Digital and Mobile penetration of our customers and ensure stickiness to the digital platformsCampaign Management - Manage the various digital communication touchpoints of our customers across Email, SMS, Mobile Notifications, Transaction Alerts, inventories on in house platforms like Online Banking and Mobile App, Statements on Email, WhatsappContent Management - Manage the website content of over 3000 pages across all business and ensure that the content is up to date.
