Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, content, and website initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
SEO Management:
- Oversee the SEO team to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices, ensuring the company remains competitive in search rankings.
Content Strategy:
- Lead the content team to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand positioning.
- Implement content marketing strategies that enhance user engagement and drive qualified leads.
Website Optimization:
- Manage the website team to ensure optimal site performance, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Oversee website analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously improve the site.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong background in Banking, Fintech and/or Ecommerce.
• Proven experience managing SEO, content, and website teams.
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional creative skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, content management systems).
Leadership:
• Demonstrated experience as a people manager, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high level of ownership.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a plus.
