Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role
• Financial: Ability to provide and review resource demand forecasts for projects, change and BAU activities
• Reconciliation: Ensure that reconciliation processes and Audits, between Zing HR and SAP for CDE are executed as per the SLA
• Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues, or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance)

Able to investigate and recommend system changes and/or improvements and present to the People Leader & HR Design Lead for review and approval. Ability to influence stakeholders. Purpose.
Why do we need this role?
• To lead, support and drive change delivery, as well as execute operational processes to a high degree of quality. This includes operational efficiency, strategy, design, development, delivery, maintenance, implementation, and support of project & portfolio management solutions to meet business needs for NAB's HR Systems i.e. SAP HR, Zing HR and People Hub (SAP SuccessFactors)
• You will be involved in working with our stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement, driving simplified processes, self-service capability, self-healing, no-touch operations, high level of automation and a superior user experience
• The successful candidate is a very self-sufficient individual who enjoys working in a high-performance DevOps team. The role will involve engaging with key stakeholders (business and technology) to understand priorities and ensure delivery and operations are in line with business objectives

Qualification Requirements
• Degree or tertiary education in Technology/Computing or a related Human Resources discipline is preferred
• SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) highly regarded
• SAP & Zing HR experience (Highly Regarded
