How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?

Support the Director of Banking & Payments Infrastructure and the wider OpenPayd business to develop and maintain global banking and fintech relationships that add value to OpenPayd and its customers

Develop and grow OpenPayd’s relationships with strategic Bank partners

Monitor and track transaction volumes to ensure best pricing is achieved

Work closely across internal teams to ensure that they are well informed of any changes to existing relationships and where to place existing clients and new prospects

Keep up to date with new technologies and payment rails that could add value to OpenPayd product offering

Build and develop strategic payments infrastructure partnerships among banking and payments providers, in line with the Group’s banking strategy

Deliver upon full-cycle growth of partnerships through growth strategy, contracts negotiation, internal project management

Serve as the primary point of contact, manage escalations and resolutions.

Conduct due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and risk assessments of network counterparties.

Negotiate service agreements, pricing structures, and performance benchmarks with counterparties.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Stakeholder management - every day you’ll interface with multiple stakeholders across different functions

Natural hunter – able to develop new relationship from scratch and maintain them long-term

Extremely self-sufficient and organised, able to juggle between growing new partnerships whilst enhancing relationship with current partners

Understands how BAAS technology and automation enables growth, improves business performance and drives adoption

Proactively adapts and learns new capabilities to reflect the changing needs of our customer and business

Proven track record of winning new business / new commercial partnership[s

Superb verbal and written communication skills to effectively work cross-functionally and have the ability to speak and influence different teams internally and externally

Strong interpersonal skills and inclusive team working – you will be part of a diverse team with various backgrounds and experiences

Strong business acumen

Personally invested in own growth and building knowledge in high-growth Fintech space
