20+ years of experience in a sales role
10 years of leadership (people management) experience leading multiple channels
Proven track record of achieving high revenue growth and experience scaling sales revenue from less than $50M to over $200M
Extensive experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other sales technologies
Has been part of a multi-channel sales team
Experience in small business lending, Merchant cash advance industry, consumer service sales
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

This role will be responsible for driving high revenue growth, leading our sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
The VP of Sales will be an integral member of our leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction of our company
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across all channels (Direct, Partner, Strategic Partnership, and Retention), aligned with our company's growth objectives
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing them with the tools, guidance, and motivation they need to succeed
Researching the market and knowing what competitors are doing to inform leadership
Achieve Revenue targets Monitor sales performance against revenue and profitability targets, adjusting strategies and processes as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and identify new potential relationships to grow our Partner Channels
Manage the budget and financial aspects of the sales department, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently
