Job description
A top tier one global investment bank are now looking to add an Equity Research Analyst to their London group.

There is some flexibility as to whether to hire at the VP or Senior associate level.

The focus on the role will be listed FinTech companies.

The role will work with one of the most successful teams and work with the senior analysts on writing equity research for their hedge funds and asset management client base.

You will on the following responsibilities:
• Writing writing pieces of equity research on European Fintech companies
• Speaking with clients about your recommendations
• Financial modelling, valuations, financial analysis
• Listening to newsflow, updating financial models, keeping the team up to date with developments
• Company and client visits

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

Equity research analysts from other sell side firms

Equity analysts from buy side firms

They are happy to consider people without FinTech experience if they can demonstrate a real interest in the sector
