Position Overview Job Title: Process Engineer – CB IB Ops & Control VP Location: Jaipur Role Description The Process Engineer (PE) leads change through repeatable engineering disciplines and digital automation. The PE is responsible to drive simplification, standardization and automation of operational processes while also building capabilities for day-to-day process-based analytics and control. The PE works across products and geographies within the Corporate Bank, Investment Bank and Cross-Product business units to support their strategic objectives. What We’ll Offer You As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy • Best in class leave policy • Gender neutral parental leaves • 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) • Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education • Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members • Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents • Accident and Term life Insurance • Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your Key Responsibilities • Define, measure and analyze current state processes using Lean methods and process analytics to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and digital automation (Ops 4.0) • Provide training, coaching and support to Future Operations roles for Operations Engineers and Process Owners to drive ongoing Ops for Ops efficiency book of work. • Facilitate cross-functional workshops focused on process optimization and digital automation • Design E2E target state processes and implementation roadmaps that integrate strategic objectives for operations (TOM), technology, business and product management teams • Develop end-to-end (E2E) process models to assess drivers of processing time/ cost, risks, exceptions, failures and variations • Work with Operations, Technology, Business and other partners in redesigning processes and defining digital automation solutions along with business case and Agile delivery plans • Support development and improvement of capacity, cost and workforce management systems • Institute programs for Continuous Process Improvement by providing training and coaching to Ops teams in application of Lean principles and tools • Leverage process analytics/ simulation tools to run scenario and impact analysis for changes in staffing, automation, products/ volumes, regulation, and controls • Actively leverage and contribute to the process engineering “body of knowledge”, including standard tools/ templates, best practice examples and guidance Your Skills & Experience The Process Engineer leverages and builds upon a working knowledge and expertise that include: • Lean, process engineering and process-based management disciplines (min. 5 years) • Process mining, modelling and simulation • Digital Process Automation (Workflow Mgmt., RPA, OCR/ ICR, AI/ML) • Agile project/ program management • Lean workshop planning and facilitation • Statistical data analytics and visualization • Operational risk management and process control • Measurement system design and analysis • Stakeholder engagement, Design Thinking and requirements definition • Lean/ Six Sigma certification or comparable process engineering qualification (preferred) • Inspiring and authentic communication and leadership style Education Bachelor’s degree from accredited program within technical/ engineering field (preferred) How We’ll Support You • Training and development to help you excel in your career • Coaching and support from experts in your team • A culture of continuous learning to aid progression • A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs About Us And Our Teams Please visit our company website for further information: https://www.db.com/company/company.htm Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
