This position is within the Citi Private Bank - Investment Program Management Team. Candidate will be part of a high performing and niche team that will deliver effective program and project management across the Private Bank. Job Background: The position is Global PMO role within Citi Private Bank Investment Team. This is a newly created Global team and the PMO will play a crucial role in its success. Investment team consists of Development team, PM & BAs based out of NJ, Singapore and Pune Team is responsible for managing large scale and complex Programs right from Requirement Gathering to Production Deployment. Key Responsibilities: Project Management Quality Control (PMQC): Ensure all Investment Program and Projects have 100% compliance to metrics setup by ICG Org PMO and get a 100% score in Program Health Check, Spot Check, PMQC and SDLC Adherence. Deep understanding of all the rules created by ICG Org PMO and mentoring team on these rules throughout the year Reviewing all the SDLC (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile) documents before they are uploaded to ICG PM tool. Share SDLC documents Coming Due and Overdue email to all PMs every Monday Ensure all Programs and Projects are marked completed by End of Year New Programs and Projects are created in Start of Year. Financial Management: Independently manage the Financials of all CPB Investment Programs and Projects with an overall budget of $12 million. This would require submission of Investment BOW on SharePoint, participating in Program Cost and Time estimations, distribution of approved budget to applications based on the impact and reviewing the Forecast and Actuals of Projects every month. Reporting: Independently create highly impactful presentations for Senior Management (D, MD level) covering status and health of all Investment Programs and Projects Create a reporting calendar and share with all Developer, PM & BAs in start of month so that they are well aware of all the upcoming reports Any adhoc report required by management New or Unplanned Regulation Oversight: There are new or unplanned regulations created throughout the year. PMO must ensure that all such request follow the process created for unplanned regulations i.e. request are submitted on SharePoint, approved by Business Sponsor, Programs are created in ICG PM Tool. Hiring: Support Global and Regional Leads in Hiring of PM/BAs (both employees and contractors) by liaison with Citi Business Managers, Chief of Staff, Suppliers Time Reporting: Ensure time reporting of all Employees and T&M is done as per the Project allocation Development Value: Significant senior management exposure, opportunity to work with experienced professionals located worldwide Excellent opportunity to understand Private Bank systems, Investment in banking domain as well as multiple products from Consumer Banking and Capital Markets Strategically important role within the technology function, participation in exciting, challenging and innovative global projects Education and Experience: Experience: 10 - 15 years of rich experience as a Global PMO in Investment area of Investment Bank Education: Bachelor of Engineering or MBA from a reputed institute Certifications: PMI PMP,
