Role Description
Contribute to mission-critical dbGRIP platform delivery by running Feature Team/s in Bangalore as a Java technical lead, which involves collaboration with global high-skilled dbGRIP app team as well as other app teams and businesses across the bank. Experience in solving challenging and interesting tasks working on a complex system using the best industry practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
• As a Senior Java Developer
• Contribute to solution design and technical analysis discussions
• Implement critical and complex parts of app functionality
• Own delivery of particular features, i.e. not only focus on coding but drive the feature implementation front to back from requirements clarification (in collaboration with PO team) to handover to the Production Support
• Collaborate with other app team members (developers, QAs, POs) as well as Prod Support and Business stakeholders to make delivery a success
• Supervise and coach/mentor junior team members
• Conduct code reviews
• Support Non-prod environments as per rota
• Provide SL3 support as per rota
Your Skills And Experience
• Excellent Java server-side expertise: Java Core (Java 8), Spring, JMS, JDBC, JUnit; Maven, GIT, Jenkins/Team City
• At least basic SLES bash shell knowledge, deep knowledge is a plus
• Nice to have: Coherence/Apache Ignite/Hazelcast/Redis, Vert.x, RxJava, Kafka
• Nice to have: experience in designing and implementing microservices
• Nice to have: Google Cloud Platform experience
• Strong communication skills, ability to provide thoughtful input to architecture and solution design discussions
• Experience working as a Scrum Master. SAFe knowledge is a plus
• Hands-on experience with JIRA (Boards, Structure)
• Experience working in the global team in a high-paced environment
