VP | Software Engineering | Java

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Essential skills
• 12+ years of Java/J2EE development experience on large/medium sized projects
• Team management - Experience in leading a team of expert developers
• Strong hands on in Core Java, OOPS Exception handling, Multi-Threading, Generics and design patterns.
• Exposure to UI technologies/frameworks like JavaScript, React JS and knowledge of CSS, HTML etc
• Working experience in Spring Boot, Spring Integration and REST Web services
• Build tools like Maven, Gradle.
• Experience in any Continuous Integration/Delivery tools like GIT, Docker, Jenkin
• Exposure to any test automation technologies such as Mockito, Junit, any other testing frameworks.
• Candidate must to have exposure to working in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies
• Strong Communication Skills demonstrating the ability to present and explain ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

• Hands-on knowledge of AWS-cloud / Azure / Google cloud technologies would be an advantage.
• Experience of working on high data volume processing applications (batch and/or real-time)
• Experience with MicroServices & Event Driven Architecture & Micro Frontends
• Experience with Integration patterns and messaging technologies (JMS, Mule, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)
